ORGANISATIONS
 
The official Reconciliation process began in 1991 with the formation of the

mandated under legislation which set a 10 year timeframe to advance a national process of reconciliation.
Their website is now an archive for 1991 - 2000
There are good resources here, including a learning circle kit and a timeline
In January 2001, the Council for Aboriginal Reconciliation was replaced with a new private organisation

Federal Government funding was reduced to a 
once-only seed grant equal to approximately
